Don has been at the forefront of the entertainment industry's digital transformation as a senior executive in animation, visual effects, digital media, television, and movies.

He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, a visiting scholar at the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts' Entertainment Technology Center; teaching entertainment marketing at Boston University's Los Angeles Internship Program. Don is also President of his own media, entertainment, and tech consultancy – Smith Brook Farm.
