Client Services Manager

As part of our phase 3 talent search, we are looking for an experienced client services manager to progressively build on our customer success and relationship building.

Our creative HQ is in the United Kingdom, but most of our clients are based in the heart of Silicon Valley. Collectively we embrace innovative technology and beautiful design to bring ideas to reality. Our creative toolkit and technical stack allow us to break the rules and build new and exciting brands, platforms, and all sorts of visually stunning experiences.

You need to be a creative thinker, a problem solver, and a superb communicator. Don’t worry, we’ve got your back, you’ll collaborate with our super friendly UK team daily to help drive projects forward and give you everything you need to succeed. We’re very lucky to have so many amazing and diverse clients and the right candidate will thrive on their energy to empower us to meet and often exceed their expectations. You’ll need to adapt constantly to deliver an agile, responsive, and of course, fun working relationship.

In short, you are a natural in organizing clients and agency teams to generate exceptional results while building an effective, efficient, and consistent client experience.

Essentials

  • Manage assigned clients, projects, schedules, and budgets to deliver and maintain a smooth and indispensable client experience
  • Document and follow up on important actions and feedback from client meetings using our internal project management system
  • Organize, attend, and lead regular client meetings and stand ups
  • Compose and write beautifully constructed emails
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials and proposals collaboratively with the design and technology leadership team
  • Ensure project deadlines are consciously reviewed or met
  • Input on project strategies to enhance our solutions and ideas
  • Establish thought through templates to prepare clear and concise briefs for our designers and developers
  • Uphold QA practices to ensure our team continuously deliver a premium high-quality standard of work
  • Mentor and nurture a growing team through our forthcoming academy programme and any onboarding procedures
  • Familiar with Slack, Monday, Google Workspace, and other similar project/time management tools
  • Work closely with the designers and technical teams to ensure projects are scoped and planned correctly
  • Sit board level to influence our direction, principles, and proposition as a forward-thinking progressive design agency, inside and out!
