Account Manager

Position: Full Time

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits

Thanks to our continued growth at Beep! we’re on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our dynamic, hard-working studio team.

We are a rapidly expanding creative agency located in the UK, with most of our clients based in the heart of Silicon Valley. Our collective passion lies in embracing cutting-edge tech and captivating design to transform ideas into reality.

As an Account Manager at Beep, you’ll bring an abundance of positive energy. An inspiring individual who can elevate our client experience. Feeding off each others’ talent and our clients’ challenges, you will slot right in and level up our creative excellence around the world.

In short, you are a natural in organising clients and agency teams to generate exceptional results while building an effective and consistent client experience.

Essentials

  • Responsible for building and maintaining an indispensable client experience, managing authentic relationships with our global client portfolio
  • Organise and lead client meetings, connecting Poole to Silicon Valley, to ensure everyone is always well informed, following up on important actions and sharing feedback with the studio
  • Work closely with our production manager to ensure all projects, from conception to completion, are moving through the studio and are delivered on time, on budget and exceed client expectations
  • Collaborate with our designers and technical teams to ensure projects are scoped and planned correctly, offering guidance and support throughout, to achieve our clients goals
  • Prepare clear and concise briefs for new requests or projects, demonstrating an understanding of your clients’ business and their challenges
  • Stay on top of weekly status reports, managing budgets and playing a key role in identifying opportunities to grow and evolve our client accounts
  • Contribute to the continual review of internal processes and procedures to ensure we are offering the best experience
  • Support our Client Services Director in achieving their objectives.
  • Familiar with Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, and other similar project/time management tools
  • Have at least 3 years of agency experience in an accounts role.
